Over a period of 35 years, Jon White has been honing his guitar skills and creating an ever growing catalog of song styles from the classics to modern pop & country. Aiming to connect with the audience, no matter how subtly or energetically, that challenge is the thrill comes from years of applied expertise. and real-world experience. Always comfortable behind a microphone, his rhythm, chops, and occasional looping aim to engage more than just strumming, with a “whole band feel” in his solo act. Attention to detail in the live sound & mixing is paramount, and is the backbone of his live performances.

Many years and countless hours of experience in Kansas City, MO in studios doing voice-overs, vocal tracks, band recordings or being a session guitarist (electric or acoustic) have led him to Panama City, FL to tap into the live music scene, and venues in every direction.

Formatively, it’s too broad of a scope of influence to say. Anything “guitar-centric” is a genre he’s willing to play and he’s a true tone chaser. Vocally, his powerful but trained range lends to all kinds of styles but it’s always “him” singing. The musicians before did all the hard work and made the hits. He’s just attempting to do them justice with a strong emotional connection for the listener.
